ManaBar collects nothing. There is no telemetry, no analytics, no account, and no server of ours. The app reads the sign-in your Claude Code or Codex CLI already has on your machine and sends it only to that provider's own API over TLS to fetch your usage meters. Credentials are never stored, and the local cache holds meter percentages and reset times only.
You don't have to take our word for it: the app is open source, and the code that touches your token is deliberately small. See SECURITY.md for the guarantees and how to verify them.
getmanabar.com uses Google Analytics to count visits (pages viewed, referrer, rough geography). We use it to see whether anyone is reading this. No ads, no cross-site tracking of ours, and we never see individual identities.
If you block analytics with a browser extension or setting, the site works exactly the same.
